My sewer was backed up in the house. Joey came out with Jada and put a camera down the pipe and found the blockage. It was cleared and problem solved within a few hours. They both were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Joey with VIP was very responsive and was here within a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. I rent and the plumbing backed up virtually everywhere possible. He arrived and quickly set up to diagnose and fix the situation. He found a covered vent under dirt on the side of the house that was filled with roots. His diagnostic gear is next level! Very efficient and informative. Highly recommend! He has over twenty years of experience. Very grateful to have running plumbing.

Joey came out on short notice and helped me with a bidet installation that was leaking and that I just wasn't having any luck with. Got in there and quickly fixed things up. I don't want any future plumbing issues, but he's my first choice if anything comes up again.

We had a plumbing emergency at work in a very rural area of Clark Fork. We called Joey and not only did he come straight to us, he had the issue fixed within a 1/2 hour. That included unpacking equipment, fixing the issue, and repacking the equipment! 5 stars for the king of the thrones! Thanks Joey!
